Momentum

First-mover +EV plays. One book moves first and its devigged two-way is treated as the true price. Every other book still hanging the old, better-than-fair price is a play: you bet the number the mover just left. Builder tier ($99/mo).

Each play carries the move (book, from → to, moved_at, move_pct), the fairprice devigged from the mover's own market, the best stale book to bet with ev_pct, gap_pts and behind_seconds, plus every lagging book in stale_books. surface is line (team markets) or prop (player props).
