Team directory and research, on Hobby and above — the team-level counterpart to players. Every team is keyed by a stable kr_tm_* id, the same id the matches endpoint returns.

Pass team1 and team2 together for a head-to-head. include=main_linesattaches the team's moneyline history per book — open, close, and record against the closing line.
